Job summary

CherryRoad Technologies, Inc. is seeking an AI Services Adoption Specialist to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, governance, and training. You will evaluate tools, coordinate with IT and business units, and drive phased deployments with a focus on security, privacy, and governance.

The role requires experience in AI platforms, change management, and building adoption playbooks to accelerate value realization across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years in AI adoption, automation, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and adoption of AI tools and platforms aligned with business objectives.
• Develop AI governance standards and adoption roadmaps for enterprise-wide use.
• Partner with IT and business leads to implement AI solutions into workflows.
• Deliver training, playbooks, and change-management activities for adoption.
• Monitor adoption metrics and report on program effectiveness.
