Job summary

Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, seeks an AI Adoption and Change Management Specialist to accelerate responsible, practical uptake of AI across a large professional services organization.

The role focuses on the human and organizational side of AI transformation: turning pilots into everyday habits that attorneys, knowledge professionals, and staff actually use and trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technology or process adoption and organizational change.
• Experience applying structured change management methodologies to technology transformations.
• Strong understanding of how professionals work and what drives tool adoption in high-autonomy environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI adoption roadmaps for firm-wide and practice-specific needs.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear value propositions and use cases for partners and staff.
• Design multi-phase adoption programs to move users from awareness to advocacy.
• Identify barriers to adoption and design targeted interventions (friction, trust, skills).
• Partner with Knowledge Management, IT, and practice leadership to embed AI into existing processes.
