Job summary

Avnet in Tempe, AZ is hiring an AI Change Manager to lead enterprise AI adoption, training, and communications. You will translate AI strategy into practical learning experiences, drive global adoption, and partner with HR, IT, and regional teams to sustain usage.

You will build and maintain programs for AI literacy across functions, ensuring tools, agents, and workflows are used confidently and responsibly at scale.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in change management, organizational change, employee communications, or learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Own AI adoption strategy and measurements across regions for enterprise tools and programs.
• Design, coordinate, and roll out enterprise AI training tracks aligned to roles and functions.
• Coordinate AI communications and campaigns with HR and Marcomms to maintain clear messaging.
• Maintain the AI Hub and enablement resources to support self-service adoption and guidance.
