Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive scalable AI literacy and adoption across enterprise teams, starting with retail B&B operations in Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, or Daytona Beach, FL.

You will deliver hands-on workshops, coach employees on practical AI solutions, and shape the AI COE framework to promote responsible use, governance, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, workshops, enablement programs, or educational content.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure AI tools are consistently used and integrated into daily work; remove barriers to adoption.
• Deliver enablement at scale with role-based learning journeys, toolkits, and a champion network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI workshops, training, enablement programs, office hours, and coaching sessions for retail associates across varying levels of experience.
• Facilitate workshops with executives, managers, and frontline employees.
• Help users build practical AI solutions using approved tools.
• Manage workshop operations: intake, scheduling, communications, follow-up, and reporting.
• Track outcomes, adoption metrics, value creation, and maintain dashboards.
