The AI Associate role at Harnham in Chicago is a hands-on opportunity to drive AI adoption across investment, operations and corporate teams. You will identify opportunities, build AI workflows, and deploy tools that improve efficiency, reporting to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

You will work on a greenfield initiative with real ownership, delivering tangible results and shaping the firm’s AI strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 3-5 years' experience in AI, digital transformation, consulting or operations.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows and automations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, whilst also working autonomously.
• Technology - Experience with platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar.
• Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
