Harnham in Chicago is seeking an AI Lead to drive adoption of AI across the business and deliver practical AI solutions that improve efficiency and automate key workflows. This is a greenfield role with significant ownership and exposure to senior leadership.

You will identify opportunities, build AI-driven solutions, and partner with investment, operations and corporate teams to implement measurable improvements while working four days per week on-site and enjoying catered lunches and access to

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in AI, digital transformation, consulting or operations.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows and automations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, whilst also working autonomously.
• Technology - Experience with platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar.
• Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
