Job summary

AI Adoption Associate (onsite in New York)

A leading global philanthropy is hiring an AI Adoption Associate to help its teams get real value from the AI tools it has already invested in. This is a data-driven, mission-focused organization doing serious work across the arts, education, the environment, government innovation, and public health, in hundreds of cities worldwide.

The technical build is handled. What's needed now is someone who brings the rest of the organization along. You'll sit with teams across the business, find the real problems worth solving with AI, run training that makes new tools stick, support leaders through the change, and keep everyone current as the tools evolve month to month. This is a people-and-communication role with real AI fluency behind it. You won't be building models or writing production code.

What we're looking for:

• You communicate and present exceptionally well. You can stand in front of a room and make something complex feel simple.
• You're genuinely excited about AI and you learn fast. You already use these tools and keep up with what's new.
• You're comfortable enough with the technology to be credible with technical and non-technical people alike.
• 0 to 4 years of experience. Backgrounds that fit well: customer success, solutions or sales engineering, enablement, learning and development, consulting, or business analysis with real AI exposure.
