Hazen and Sawyer seeks an AI Adoption & Governance Manager to lead the firm’s AI adoption across offices and practice groups. This hybrid role provides direct access to IT leadership and the authority to move quickly to integrate AI safely and productively into workflows.

You will partner with IT and Design Technology to implement enterprise AI tools, manage licensing, training and policy, and drive value for projects and clients across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in IT support, systems administration or digital enablement, including 3+ years leading people or programs.
• Hands-on administration of enterprise AI platforms (Copilot, Claude or similar) and M365 tools.
• Working knowledge of LLM concepts, prompt design, data privacy and AI risk frameworks such as NIST AI RMF.
• Strong training and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical limits to non-technical staff.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment: responsive, adaptable and capable of reprioritizing quickly.

Responsabilités

• Own the support model for enterprise AI tools, including intake, triage and escalation.
• Administer AI platforms: licensing, user provisioning, connectors and integrations.
• Approve AI tools and configurations within firm policy with escalation to IT leadership when needed.
• Run adoption and training: onboarding sessions, prompt libraries and office hours.
• Partner with Design Technology on AI in engineering workflows and tool evaluation.
• Monitor AI tools and adapt the support model as tools evolve.
• Uphold AI governance: acceptable-use policy, data classification and vendor reviews.
• Collect use cases and pilot value-adding automations across offices.
• Report to IT leadership on usage, risks and opportunities.
• Supervise AI support analysts and coordinate with vendors.
