Job summary

Merjent, Inc. is seeking an AI Specialist to advance practical AI use across the company. You will work with the AI Director and help 300 employees understand, adopt, and effectively use AI tools in daily work, while identifying opportunities to automate, improve processes, and organize institutional knowledge.

This full‑time, remote role is based out of Minneapolis, MN with some in‑office collaboration. Salary ranges from $127,800 to $145,500, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; equivalent combinations considered.
• 3 years of experience with AI/machine learning tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout and adoption of AI tools across Merjent.
• Develop training materials and guides for AI literacy.
• Partner with departments to design AI‑enabled processes.
• Document processes and requirements for automation.
• Help organize and maintain data and institutional knowledge.
• Configure, test, and refine AI agents and workflows.
• Gather user feedback and suggest refinements.
• Foster an internal AI champion community.
