Working closely with the AI Director, this position will help Merjent's 300+ employees understand, adopt, and effectively use AI tools in their day-to-day work while identifying opportunities to improve business processes, automate repetitive work, and better organize and leverage institutional knowledge.
This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role for someone who enjoys understanding how work gets done, identifying opportunities to make it better, and helping people successfully adopt new technology. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver and communicator who can work comfortably with both technical and non‑technical colleagues and who is excited to learn new AI tools and methods.
This is a full‑time, remote, benefits‑eligible position based out of our Minneapolis, MN office, with the expectation of some in‑office collaboration. The anticipated salary for this position is $127,800 to $145,500, depending upon the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
