Job summary

Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher required.
- Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for end-user support.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, implement, and adopt AI tools and workflows across the firm.
- Develop AI agents, Copilot solutions, and workflow automations to improve productivity.
- Create training materials and best practices for AI technologies.
- Support AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible use initiatives.
- Assist with AI pilots, testing, and change management.
- Maintain data integrations, pipelines, and automation workflows.
- Support Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs, and related data platforms.
- Develop AI-ready data structures, knowledge repositories, and enterprise search solutions.
- Provide responsive hardware, software, and collaboration technology support.
- Troubleshoot issues via remote and on-site assistance.
- Assist with conference room tech and hybrid meeting environments.
