Job summary

Merjent, Inc. is seeking a motivated AI Specialist to advance practical AI use across the company. Working with the AI Director, you will help 300+ employees understand, adopt, and use AI tools in daily work, while identifying opportunities to automate and organize knowledge.

This full-time, remote position with some in-office collaboration empowers teams to improve processes and leverage institutional knowledge for better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout and adoption of AI tools across Merjent and educate employees on usage.
• Develop training, guides, and reference materials to build AI literacy across teams.
• Partner with departments to map workflows and design AI-enabled processes.
• Document processes and translate requirements into actionable automation plans.
• Organize and maintain data and institutional knowledge for AI-driven solutions.
• Assist in configuring and refining AI agents, automations, and workflows.
• Gather user feedback and refine solutions for reliability and value.
• Foster an internal AI champion community and be a go-to contact.
• Support broader enterprise AI initiatives under the AI Director.
