Job summary

Brown & Brown seeks an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to scale AI adoption across retail B&B teams in Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, or Daytona Beach, FL. You will deliver hands-on workshops, coach employees, and build AI literacy across the organization, partnering with technical teams to implement practical AI solutions.

The role focuses on driving behavior change, ensuring AI is embedded in daily workflows, and providing governance and training materials to support adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology enablement, product, operations, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Experience driving adoption of new tools or technologies at scale.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI workshops, training, enablement programs, office hours, and coaching sessions for various employee levels.
• Facilitate workshops with executives, managers, and frontline employees.
• Help users build practical AI solutions using approved tools while following guidelines.
• Manage workshop operations including intake, scheduling, communications, and reporting.
• Track outcomes, adoption metrics, and value creation; maintain dashboards and reports.
