Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive the Quote-to-Cash transformation with a focus on change management, training, and user readiness. This role is onsite with the expectation of working primarily from an HPE office in the United States.

You will translate AI priorities into adoption roadmaps, partner with executives and delivery teams, design enablement programs, and define metrics to measure usage and value delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management for enterprise-scale programs.
• Familiar with Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to define adoption KPIs and measure outcomes.
• Experience delivering enablement programs for diverse user groups.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and executive communication.
• Proficiency with collaboration and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own AI adoption & enablement strategy for Quote-to-Cash transformations.
• Translate priorities into practical adoption roadmaps with milestones.
• Partner with leaders across product, PMO, UX, data, and operations.
• Develop change management plans, training schedules, readiness checklists.
• Define adoption metrics and report progress to SteerCo.
