Job summary

Hazel is hiring in New York City or surrounding areas for a role that blends customer success, product enablement, and AI adoption at consumer brands. You will ensure customers extract maximum value from Hazel, translate requests into product features, and build internal tools to diagnose issues and measure performance.

You will visit customers onsite, own relationships post go-live, and help teams learn to work with an AI coworker.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing or technical role.
• Fast learner who can switch between stakeholders.
• Able to teach teams and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfort with data and spotting anomalies in numbers.
• Willing to travel for onsite customer work.

Responsibilities

• Implement Hazel’s AI into leading consumer brands and translate requests into features.
• Develop internal tools for diagnostics, alerts, and performance evaluation.
• Visit customers onsite, learn their business, and ensure Hazel fits daily workflows.
• Own post-go-live relationships and help resolve data or product misunderstandings.
• Create enablement content and training materials for client teams.
