Qualifications

• B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS with knowledge of relational databases and ERP technologies.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Prove the path to production by shaping use cases that deliver measurable business value and define a production-grade path.
• Optimize underperforming agents by diagnosing breakdowns and fine-tuning for accuracy and adoption.
• Drive production readiness with grounding, guardrails, observability, and runbooks.
• Build customer capability through hands-on guidance and capability development.
• Serve as the expert overlay to unblock decisions and align stakeholders in C360 orchestration.
• Close the ATR→NCR gap by accelerating adoption for live but not yet scaling agents.
• Chart expansion roadmap with next-best agent, sequencing, dependencies, and adoption path.
• Scale proven approaches by documenting patterns and feeding learnings back to Product and AI SMEs.
