Job summary
Salesforce seeks a Value Activation Consultant / Senior Consultant in Seattle to design, implement, and optimize automated business processes using the Agentforce platform. You will own roadmaps for blueprints, collaborate with AI agents and engineering, and translate requirements into actionable PRDs and user stories.
You will partner with customer-facing teams to transform manual workflows into scalable automation, drive measurable value, and ensure high-quality delivery through Agile
Qualifications
- 3–8+ years in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting
- Experience building external-facing enterprise B2B SaaS products
- Strong workflow mapping, process modelling, and improvement skills
- Proven ability translating requirements into automated workflows or solutions
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow builders, AI prompting, or low/no-code platforms
- Excellent written/spoken communication for technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for process blueprints and automation solutions
- Own the feature lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
- Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities across workflows
- Map and analyze customer requirements with cross-functional teams
- Translate goals into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize backlog and drive delivery using Agile practices
- Document architecture, demos, and implementation guidelines
- Conduct user interviews and quantitative analysis to uncover opportunities
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ensure feasible, intuitive solutions
- Support rollout and enablement of blueprint solutions across teams and customers
