Talentfoot Executive Search is seeking a remote Web Developer for a healthcare-focused agency expanding in-house website development and AI capabilities. You will translate approved Figma designs into production websites, leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

Proven track record shipping production websites with AI accelerated development.
Significant experience in frontend or web development with UX/UI foundation.
Agency experience managing multiple projects with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build and launch client websites from approved Figma designs using AI coding tools to shorten time to launch.
Manage multiple concurrent website builds with varying client requirements.
Transition external work in-house and establish repeatable build processes.
Choose platforms and hosting for in-house builds and adapt per project needs.
Document standards for AI-generated production code including testing and security.
Develop reusable components and templates for future sites.
Champion responsible AI practices and stay current on AI tools.
