Job summary

Explore Group is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build customer-facing experiences and AI-powered products. You’ll work with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tech, collaborating across product and design teams to deliver high-quality web applications and email systems.

You will apply AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development, improve performance, and shape frontend architecture. This fully remote EU role offers ownership over technical direction and impactful, real-world projects.

Qualifications

Strong commercial experience as a Frontend Engineer.
Expertise in HTML, CSS and responsive design; optimizing frontend performance.
Experience building production-grade web apps with modern frontend frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AI tech including LLMs or related tooling.
Strong frontend architecture and design system knowledge.
Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build, deploy and maintain fast, accessible web experiences using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate with commercial, product and design teams to ship features from concept to production.
Leverage AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development and improve code quality.
Own and improve email rendering architectures and templates across clients.
Analyze user behavior with tools like Microsoft Clarity to improve conversions.
Develop scalable frontend systems including component libraries and testing pipelines.
Evaluate and integrate third-party AI services and new AI workflows.
Influence frontend architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
