Job summary

Talentfoot Executive Search is seeking a Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation for a fast-growing healthcare communications agency. This remote role reports to the COO and partners with the founder and senior leadership to define the AI and digital vision for the next decade across the organization.

You will own the AI roadmap, build an in-house digital production capability for websites and digital ads, establish governance for responsible AI, and guide initiatives from pilot to scale while

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading AI adoption and driving business outcomes.
• 10+ years of leadership in digital, technology, or innovation.
• Experience in healthcare advertising or pharma is strongly preferred.
• Experience scaling digital production such as websites and digital advertising.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams combining technical, creative, and strategic talent.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the agency’s AI and innovation strategy and roadmap.
• Build in-house digital production capabilities for websites and digital ads.
• Present and sell digital strategy to clients with clear business outcomes.
• Lead the Innovation Services team and define roles and collaboration models.
• Develop governance for responsible AI, including security and privacy.
• Represent the agency externally as a credible voice on digital and AI in healthcare.
