Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Web Design Engineer to own how the company shows up on the web, designing landing pages, campaign sites, and brand experiences. You’ll move between design and production front-end code, collaborating across designers, marketers, product and DevOps to ship user-focused experiences.

In this role you’ll ensure accessibility, performance, and coherent branding across multiple sites, while exploring AI-driven prototyping and data-informed decisions to improve conversions.

• CMS experience with modern platforms
• Git-based workflow with code reviews and CI
