Meaningful is a remote growth and product studio hiring a mid-level developer who can work across Webflow, Framer, and Next.js. You’ll build polished sites, translate Figma to production code, and jump into unfamiliar codebases with confidence.

The role emphasizes delivering production changes safely without line-by-line handholding. You’ll collaborate across platforms, ensure accessibility, performance, and SEO, and participate in a practical, AI-enabled coding workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in semantic HTML, modern CSS and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Next.js or a comparable framework.
• Professional experience building production Webflow sites.
• Experience with at least one CMS beyond simple page editing, ideally headless CMS.
• Familiarity with Git, PRs, deployments and environment configuration.
• Evidence of using AI coding agents on real work, not just demos.
• Good typography, spacing, hierarchy, responsive behavior and interaction details.
• A high-agency working style with initiative and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain marketing sites in Webflow, Next.js, Astro, Framer, or a hybrid setup.
• Turn Figma designs into responsive pages without losing design fidelity.
• Work inside existing repositories, follow conventions, and keep changes scoped.
• Set up content models, previews, drafts, reusable components, localization, redirects, and publishing workflows.
• Connect forms, CRMs, analytics, experiments, APIs, webhooks and search.
• Handle technical SEO, AEO, accessibility, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
• Own QA and deployments, including preview environments and environment variables.
• Communicate blockers and tradeoffs early; avoid surprises for the project manager.
• Help decide when Webflow is right and when code serves the client better.
