Job summary

Foundry for Good seeks an AI-native Website Developer & Designer to build and maintain client sites across Nexus Marketing and Foundry for Good brands. You’ll work on live sites from concept to polish, prioritizing AI-powered builders and strong design sense.

You’ll mainly use WordPress or Webflow, with HTML/CSS for fine-tuning, while collaborating with designers and account managers to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of website development and design experience.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep familiarity with WordPress or Webflow.
• Experience with AI-first website builders is a plus.
• Portfolio of polished, responsive websites.

Responsibilities

• Build new websites from designer mockups or brand guidelines on WordPress, Webflow, or AI builders.
• Customize themes and templates to match brand direction.
• Maintain sites: updates, security, backups, performance, bug fixes.
