Job summary

Aerobotics offers a paid Field Operations & Customer Success Intern role in California. You will execute serviced trials for Aerobotics customers, collect on-farm data, and support trial delivery.

This outdoor, hands-on internship requires travel across California, owning transport, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced scale-up environment. Reports to GM Customer Success California; start immediately for 6-12 months.

Qualifications

• Interest in agriculture/AgTech and field-based work.
• Willingness to travel regularly within California.
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working outdoors in farm environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of serviced trials with growers, packhouses, and fruit companies.
• Ensure trials are run accurately and according to best practice.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for field visits and customer engagements.
• Support communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Exposure to onboarding, seasonal workflows, data deliveries and post-trial followups.
