Qualifications

• Interest in agriculture, AgTech, or field-based work.
• Willingness to travel regularly within California.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working outdoors in farm environments.
• Curious, hands-on, eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of serviced trials with growers, packhouses, and fruit companies
• Conduct on-farm data collection using Aerobotics’ mobile tools
• Ensure trials are run accurately, consistently, and according to best practice
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for field visits and customer engagements
• Support communication between customers and internal stakeholders
• Exposure to customer onboarding, seasonal workflows, data deliveries and post-trial follow-ups
