Job summary

Ecorobotix Inc. in California seeks a Field Application Engineer to drive technical deployment and maturation of our AI-powered spot-spraying technology across new crops and markets. You'll validate commercial readiness through field tests, optimize hardware/software, and serve as the bridge between growers and R&D.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with product management and after-sales, and travel frequently in the US to ensure reliable deployments and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline related to robotics or agriculture.
• Experience troubleshooting robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced mechatronic products.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within California and the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment into new crops, geographies, and agricultural segments to reach commercial readiness.
• Collaborate with growers and engineering teams to translate field observations into requirements.
• Investigate complex issues, drive product improvements, and document technical guidance.
• Support demonstrations and early deployments with proper machine configuration and expertise.
