The Opportunity

This is an exciting paid internship opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic scale-up environment. As a Field Operations & Customer Success Intern, you will play a key role in executing serviced trials for both new and existing Aerobotics customers. You will be accountable for on-farm data collection, trial execution, and operational support, helping ensure new and existing customers get meaningful value from our technology.

This is a highly practical, field-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys being outdoors on farms and learning by doing. You will gain first‑hand exposure to how advanced AI technology is applied in real agricultural environments, with clear opportunities to grow your responsibilities over time.

Location required: California - Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield or surrounds (field-based, with ability to travel to farming regions)

What you’ll do

Customer Trials & Field Execution:

• Drive the execution of serviced trials with growers, packhouses, and fruit companies
• Conduct on-farm data collection using Aerobotics’ mobile tools
• Ensure trials are run accurately, consistently, and according to best practice

• Build a strong understanding of fruit production cycles and operational challenges

The Details

Location: California - Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield or surrounds (field-based, with ability to travel to farming regions)

Duration: Internship (Immediate start, seasonal or 6-12 months)

Time required: 30 hours per week

Reports to: GM Customer Success California

Salary Range: $3- $3.5k Per Month depending on available hours
