Job summary

Evergreen FS, Inc. is seeking a driven sales professional to grow revenue across our Illinois/Michigan service area.

You will sell crop nutrients, crop protection, seed, scouting, Climate Fieldview, technology services and ag-finance programs, while implementing marketing plans and sales strategies that generate profitable results. Travel within the territory, build strong customer relationships, present agronomic value, and manage product delivery and credit terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's Degree in agriculture, marketing, or business, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related sales experience in agriculture.
• Ability to obtain/maintain valid driver's license and driving record.
• Willingness to travel daily within territory with occasional overnight stays.
• Ability to obtain agronomy certifications (CCA/CCS/CPAg).

Responsibilities

• Sell, market and service products to new and existing customers.
• Travel within the assigned territory to generate orders and establish Evergreen FS brand.
• Develop sales plans and territory strategies to drive profitable sales.
• Provide agronomic recommendations and manage product delivery and service delivery.
• Meet sales goals and maintain knowledge of market and competition.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues with credit terms as needed.
