Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in agriculture, marketing, or business.
• Ability to generate sales in an assigned territory.
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Trains and works to generate profitable sales in the assigned territory through sales support and customer service.
• Maintains accurate record keeping and uses digital systems to enhance customer experience.
• Develops territory and competitive analysis to stay informed on market and competition.
• Identifies customer needs and offers value-added agronomic products and recommendations.
• Schedules product deliveries, soil testing, and crop scouting programs.
• Assists with patron meetings on product and technical information.
• Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts when orders are obtained.
