Job summary

FCS Financial is seeking a Loan Officer - Agricultural Relationship Manager to join our Columbia, Missouri team. You will build trusted relationships with farmers and agribusinesses, manage an agricultural lending portfolio, and identify opportunities to help customers achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business or a related field.
Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable for essential functions.

Responsibilities

60% Loan Origination/Portfolio Management: meet with customers, review information, submit applications, analyze credits, determine pricing, coordinate closings.
25% Marketing and Sales: represent at events, promote services, pursue cross-sale opportunities, coordinate internal/external resources.
10% Chattel and Collateral Valuations: perform valuations using external resources and internal manuals.
5% Training: attend loan officer development trainings as assigned.
