Qualifications

• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• General knowledge of the sales process.
• General knowledge of negotiating tactics.
• General knowledge of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Meet with current customers and prospects to gather, update, and review financial information to determine eligibility.
• Submit the Farm Credit Services application to the credit department.
• Analyze credit for new and servicing actions.
• Promote FCS Financial at agricultural meetings and events.
• Perform loan origination and portfolio management tasks.
