Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations, improve processes and reduce costs. You will oversee inventory, invoicing accuracy, and forecasting to support Helena brands and customer service.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or technical certificate, 3+ years in agricultural operations or branch management, and leadership experience supervising 5–10 team members. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical certificate required.
• Minimum three years in operations, sales or branch management in agriculture.
• Leadership experience supervising a 5–10 member team.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and improve practices to lower inventory shrinkage costs.
• Ensure fertilizer freight is captured at the correct cost center and train the branch team.
• Assist branches with improvement activities and capital/lease decisions.
• Provide guidance on inventory management and forecasting for Helena brands.
• Manage invoicing accuracy for branch fertilizer and seed treatment.
• Lead inventory management tools and practices across locations.
