Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC in Helena, MT, is seeking an Operations Manager to identify and improve business processes to boost productivity and reduce costs at the location. The role leads branch teams, ensures accurate invoicing, manages inventory forecasts and capital requests, and supports divisional purchasing.

You will train staff, enforce safety policies and collaborate with leadership to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate required.
• Three years of operations, sales or branch management experience in agriculture.
• Leadership experience supervising 5–10 staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify and improve practices to lower inventory shrinkage.
• Train branch team and support leadership.
• Ensure accurate invoicing of fertilizers, seeds and tech fees.
• Forecast and stock plans to support Helena brands.
• Provide guidance on inventory management and capital leasing.
• Oversee other team members and lead recruitment/training.
• Follow safety policies and maintain regular attendance.
