Formación

• Bachelor's degree or technical certificate required.
• 3 years of operations, sales or branch management experience in the agricultural field required.
• Leadership skills to supervise a team of five to ten members.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish valued as an asset.

• Identify and implement process improvements to raise productivity and reduce costs.
• Oversee inventory and invoicing accuracy across branches.
• Lead and train branch staff; manage scheduling and meetings.
