You will influence training strategies, enhance operations, and drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to serve Missouri agricultural communities.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of loan processing and/or closing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Accounting, or a related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, direction, and subject matter expertise to Customer Service Representatives and Financial Services Specialists.
• Identify topics, develop curriculum and coordinate delivery of formal operational and product delivery training.
• Identify and develop on-going training materials to support non-Academy training strategies.
• Schedule and present non-Academy training sessions.
• Identify individual training needs and timing of training for staff development outside FCS.
