Job summary

FCS Financial is seeking a Commercial Agriculture Relationship Manager to serve large Missouri crop producers, provide trusted financial advisory services, and manage complex credit solutions while building long-term relationships that benefit both customers and the institution.

The role focuses on developing customized financing packages, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional service through a collaborative team approach in a hybrid work environment across Missouri

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, sales, finance or related field.
• 5 years of related experience
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
• 3-5 years of Portfolio Management experience

Responsibilities

• Represents the Association as the commercial lender for large, complex commercial accounts.
• Maintains a portfolio of approximately $50-$150 million of commitments.
• Designs credit packages in the $3-$20 million range.
• Originates, structures and makes credit recommendations; facilitates closing.
• Coordinates the engagement of the account team to expand relationships and provide timely service
• Markets credit and related services to large retail commercial accounts.
• Develops and implements business plans to increase market share.
• Conducts targeted sales calls and maintains call planning information.
• Maintains industry expert knowledge and participates in industry events.
