Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in customer support or customer success with leadership experience.
• In-office role based in Lenexa, KS with regular on-site attendance.
• Occasional travel up to 20% for customer visits/events.
• Background in agriculture or familiarity with the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Customer Support Team, including workload coordination and escalation handling.
• Coach and mentor CSR staff, maintain SOPs, and ensure quality/customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on issues and improvements.
• Drive process improvements, training materials, and documentation to enhance efficiency.
• Support customer education initiatives and cross-functional engagements.
