Job summary

Linder Turf & Tractor is seeking a Sales Representative to expand and manage our customer base for agricultural and construction products. You will drive sales, maintain relationships, and ensure satisfaction through product knowledge and proactive communication.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting product benefits, staying current on features, managing contracts, and representing the company at events. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in agricultural/construction equipment sales preferred.
• Strong time management, written communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Present the benefits and features of products to potential customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and updates.
• Monitor competitors and market trends; report insights to management.
• Assist customers in understanding financing options available.
• Document customer interactions and new contracts accurately.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers; address needs and concerns.
• Resolve technical and customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibits and demonstrations.
• Provide feedback on new product developments to management.
• Manage territory effectively and report significant changes.
• Ensure equipment is delivered as ordered and on time.
• Collaborate with Credit Manager to resolve credit or payment issues.
