Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Must have agricultural/construction sales experience with equipment sales preferred.
• Strong time management, clear written communication, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and sales: identify new sales prospects and assess how agricultural and construction products meet their needs.
• Presentations: showcase benefits of products to potential customers, highlighting features and advantages.
• Product knowledge: stay informed about full product line and updates.
• Market awareness: monitor competitors and market trends, report insights to management.
• Financing options: stay current with financing options and explain them to customers.
• Data management: document customer interactions and contracts accurately; maintain records of sales activities.
• Customer relations: build long-term relationships and address customer needs promptly.
• Issue resolution: resolve technical and customer issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
• Industry engagement: represent the company at industry events and demonstrations.
• Product monitoring: track new product developments and provide feedback to management.
• Territory management: report significant changes in territory to influence strategy.
• Order fulfillment: ensure equipment is delivered as ordered and on time.
• Credit management: work with Credit Manager to resolve credit or payment issues.
