Job summary

Linder Turf & Tractor is seeking a Sales Representative to expand and manage our agricultural and construction product customer base. You will drive sales, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high satisfaction through product knowledge and effective communication.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting product benefits, staying current on product lines, and aiding customers with financing options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• Experience in agricultural/construction sales with equipment sales preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and expanding the customer base for agricultural and construction products.
• Presenting product benefits and features to customers and explaining options.
• Maintain knowledge of full product lines and updates.
• Monitor territory market trends and communicate insights to management.
• Understand financing options and assist customers with them.
• Document customer interactions and contracts accurately.
• Build lasting customer relationships and address needs promptly.
• Resolve technical and customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events and demonstrations.
• Provide feedback on new product developments to management.
• Report significant territory changes affecting business results.
• Ensure equipment delivery as ordered and on time.
• Collaborate with Credit Manager to resolve payment issues.
