Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget.
• Direct all aspects and daily operations of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Review progress toward sales forecasts and operational goals and take corrective action.
• Define service levels aligned with sales and margins.
• Provide staff development and training for Branch employees.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory and requisitions according to projections.
• Ensure safe operations and compliance with regulations and standards.
• Oversee retail audits and inventory quality to meet commitments.
• Assess capital needs and advise on budget investments.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and leadership to promote Nutrien products.
