Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division of Nutrien, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, optimize safety, efficiency and profitability, and guide a team in meeting sales forecasts. The role requires strong agriculture and sales experience and proven leadership capabilities.

The Branch Manager will oversee budgets, staffing, inventory controls, supplier relations and customer engagement to grow the branch's market share while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in agriculture and/or sales.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• University degree preferred; high school degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage Branch business plan and operating budget.
• Direct all aspects of facility operations for safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Review progress toward sales forecasts and goals and take needed action.
• Define service level to match sales and margins.
• Provide staff development and training for Branch employees.
• Record sales, inventory and purchases; manage supplies per projections.
• Oversee maintenance, safety compliance and safe work environment at Branch.
• Manage retail audits and inventory quality to meet commitments.
• Analyze capital needs and advise on budget requirements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and leadership to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions' products.
