Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture and/or sales.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with crops, pesticides, and fertilizers in current market.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget.
• Direct all facility operations to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Review progress towards sales forecasts and goals; take action as needed.
• Define service level in line with sales volume and margins.
• Provide staff development and training for Branch employees.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records; manage supplies and product movement.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulations and standards.
