Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience in agriculture and/or sales.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• University degree preferred; high school degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget.
• Direct all aspects and daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Review progress toward sales forecasts and operational goals and take action as needed.
• Define service levels consistent with sales volume and margins.
• Provide staff development and training of Branch employees.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory and supplies as per projections.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance at the Branch.
• Oversee audits and inventory quality to meet commitments.
• Analyze capital needs and advise on budget requirements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and leadership to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions.
