Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Blender Operator in Mattoon, Illinois to load, blend and load fertilizer/chemicals. You will operate conveyors, load railcars and trucks, and help maintain cleanliness and inventory accuracy in a warehouse setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English literacy, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Forklift operation is preferred, and safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate a forklift is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
• Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.

Responsibilities

• Blends and loads fertilizer/chemical formulations.
• Maintains conveyor systems.
• Unloads railcars and trucks of fertilizer.
• Maintains cleanliness in fertilizer storage and loadout areas.
• Maintains run-off.
• Helps with inventory counts.
• May drive a company vehicle.
• Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
