Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate a forklift is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
• Spanish language ability is a valuable skill.
• Valid U.S. driver's license is required to drive Helena vehicle.
• Must meet legal age requirements for operation of heavy equipment.
• Drug test and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Blends and loads fertilizer formulations.
• Unloads railcars and trucks of fertilizer.
• Maintains conveyor systems.
• Maintains cleanliness in fertilizer storage and loadout areas.
• Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Follow company policies and ensure reliable attendance.
