Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC seeks a Blender Operator to load, blend, and unload fertilizer and chemical formulations in our warehouse. You will work with conveyor systems and assist with inventory, safety, and quality control. This role requires a high school diploma, the ability to read and speak English, and a valid U.S.

driver’s license. Spanish skills are a plus, and you must pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Spanish language skills are a helpful asset.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required to operate Helena vehicles.
• Qualifications may include age requirements for operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Blends and loads fertilizer/chemical formulations.
• Maintains conveyor systems.
• Unloads railcars and trucks of fertilizer.
• Maintains cleanliness in storage and loadout areas.
• Maintains run-off and helps with inventory counts.
• May drive a company vehicle.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned; consistent attendance required.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
