Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Fertilizer Equipment Operator to support daily fertilizer blending and warehouse operations at our Tennessee facility. You will operate the articulating loader, assist the Fertilizer Manager, handle loading/unloading, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a CDL is preferred. Candidates should be reliable, bilingual (English; Spanish a plus), possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CDL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of articulating loader for blending fertilizers.
• Assist Fertilizer Manager with mixing and pouring of dry and liquid elements.
• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of the facility.
• Load and unload fertilizer trucks.
• Assist inventory controls.
• Must drive a company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Attend to other duties as assigned; reliable attendance.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
