Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Fertilizer Equipment Operator to support daily fertilizer blending and loading while upholding safety and quality standards. You will work closely with the Fertilizer Manager in a warehouse/outdoor setting to ensure timely blends and accurate inventory.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery and safety equipment operations.
• Understanding of weights and measures, dry and liquid.
• Competent in basic math; able to read, write, and speak English.
• Spanish language ability is a valuable skill.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate articulating loader to blend dry fertilizer and pour complete fertilizer blends.
• Assist Fertilizer Manager with mixing and pouring of dry and liquid elements.
• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of fertilizer facility.
• Assist with loading/unloading fertilizer trucks.
• Support inventory controls and safety compliance.
• Ensure reliable attendance and adhere to company policies.
