Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, English proficiency, and a willingness to operate forklifts and equipment. A valid US driver’s license and ability to work outdoors will be required in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate a forklift is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blends and loads fertilizer formulations.
• Maintains conveyor systems.
• Unloads railcars and trucks of fertilizer.
• Maintains cleanliness in fertilizer storage and loadout areas.
• Maintains run-off.
• May drive a company vehicle.
• Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Reliable and regular attendance is required.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
